There is a problem with a purchased preset. An ADSR employee helped solve this by contacting the preset manufacturer. Very grateful!

I accidentally purchased a plug-in that came included with my daw. They went outside of normal policy to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. They have earned a repeat customer not only for superior products, but for great customer service.

I'm not impressed by my code not working, I am however impressed by the service of getting it to work again, Props to Harry for the great assistance

I've been using ADSR Sounds for a couple of years now, buying plugins or sounds on average every other month. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. In fact, the several times when I did need to contact their customer service, my experience has been exceptional. I am definitely a happy customer.

I've bought multiple soundpacks and plugins from this site. Everything is always well worth the money. Customer service is awesome, if you have any problems. I am new to all of this, and using their website tutorials along with just reading the manuals have helped me out tremendously. If you're nervous about spending with them, I wouldn't be. Every sample pack is loaded with content, and every VST instrument thus far has been quality. Spend the money!

Good customer service! They were able to put back a special offer in my basket after I waited a little too long with making the purchase.

sample pack was trash, terrible quality and not at all like advertised or like the demo tracks. I understand that for downloadable content it's hard to refund but I only downloaded 1 of the 7 packs I had bought and still can't get a refund. terrible customer service, terrible samples could get way better samples for free.

I bought the package with the picture of the CR-78 and it was not as advertised. When It downloaded it was just a folder with a couple sample sounds that were not very good. I could have found the same
(or better) samples for free. DO NOT BUY!

I was having troubles downloading my plugin and received support asap and they were concise, on the point, and helped so much with my issues. Thanks for the plug-in's and support for them, definitely feel safe and satisfied getting them here.
